Entry Criteria
Candidates should have demonstrable experience or formal qualifications in occupational safety and health. Eligible applicants include:
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in a related ESC or equivalent course
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ managerial work experience in the safety domain
- NVQ Diploma Level 6
- European Safety Council’s International Diploma in HSE (Qualifi Endorsed)
- NEBOSH International Diploma
In exceptional cases, professionals without formal qualifications but with significant industry experience may be admitted, subject to an interview and assessment of capability.
Assessment Criteria
- Modules can be attempted individually from any workstation.
- Assessments are submitted electronically via email.
- Modules can be completed in any preferred sequence.
- Learners must provide original answers and cite references to avoid plagiarism.
- Content uniqueness should be at least 85%, verified through tools like Turnitin.
- Assessor reviews each submission and provides feedback; the process is cyclic until approved.
